Three product families, eight standard grades. Open a product for its full chemical and physical analysis and test methods.

Which Gypsum Product Do You Need?

All three are calcium sulfate, but the state of hydration and the processing decide what each one can do.

Logistics & Trading Terms

The commercial terms we work to on every gypsum shipment. Anything here can be adjusted by agreement — tell us what your operation needs.

Minimum Order Quantity
1 × 20 ft container (approx. 25 MT) bagged. 500 MT minimum for bulk vessel. Trial quantities available for qualification.
Packaging
Raw rock in bulk or 1–1.5 MT jumbo bags; plaster in 25 kg 3-ply laminated PP bags or jumbo bags. Moisture-proof PE lining available on request.
Incoterms & Loading Ports
EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF (Incoterms® 2020). Standard loading at Bandar Abbas and Bandar Imam Khomeini; other ports by arrangement.
Quality Certification
Batch-specific CoA with every shipment covering purity as CaSO₄·2H₂O, combined water, SO₃ and oxide impurities. SGS / Bureau Veritas inspection at buyer’s cost.
Lead Time
7–14 days for standard grades after order confirmation; 15–25 days for custom-milled or specially packed material.
Storage & Handling
Store dry and covered. Gypsum is stable but hygroscopic in powder form — keep plaster bags sealed and off the ground, as absorbed moisture starts pre-hydration and shortens working time.

Certificate of Analysis

A batch-specific CoA is issued with every shipment. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or an inspector of your choice can be arranged at the buyer’s cost.

Ready to quote

Send us your grade, tonnage, destination port and packaging and we will return a firm FOB/CFR/CIF price with lead time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from industrial buyers sourcing gypsum in bulk.

What is the minimum order quantity for gypsum?
Our standard MOQ is one 20 ft container (approximately 25 MT) for bagged material. For bulk vessel shipments the minimum is 500 MT. Trial and sample quantities can be arranged so you can qualify the material before committing to a full order.
Which Incoterms do you trade gypsum under?
We quote EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF under Incoterms® 2020. Most export orders ship FOB Bandar Abbas or FOB Bandar Imam Khomeini, with CFR and CIF available to most destination ports on request.
Do you issue a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
Yes. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis accompanies every shipment, covering purity as CaSO₄·2H₂O, combined water, SO₃, CaO and oxide impurities, tested to ASTM C471-M-20. Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or an inspector of your choice can be arranged at the buyer’s cost.
Gypsum purity varies between mine faces — how do you handle that?
It does, and we would rather say so than publish a single number. Purity in a natural deposit shifts with the working face and with each blast, so we work from a current sample analysis rather than an old certificate. For large tonnages buyers are welcome to visit the mine, take their own sample and have it independently tested before contracting.
What is the difference between raw gypsum and gypsum plaster?
Raw gypsum is calcium sulfate dihydrate (CaSO₄·2H₂O) straight from the mine, crushed and screened. Gypsum plaster is the same mineral calcined at roughly 150–180 °C, which drives off three quarters of the chemically bound water and leaves the hemihydrate (CaSO₄·½H₂O). Add water back and it sets. See the raw gypsum grades and plaster grades for full analyses.
What is the lead time for a gypsum order?
Standard grades ship within 7 to 14 days of order confirmation. Custom-milled or specially packed grades typically require 15 to 25 days depending on volume and destination port.
